Additionally, road conditions are identified as a contributing factor to road accidents. Therefore, this study aimed to explore road conditions and their impact on the driving behaviour of car drivers. Data for this exploration were collected by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents, utilizing a Likert scale for answer options. The technique used was random sampling, utilizing descriptive statistical analysis and a Confirmatory Factor Analysis model. Consequently, the result showed that each latent variable construct examined by car drivers had a value exceeding 80%. The most prominent latent variable was the "Condition of Road Surface Facilities," accounting for 88.1% and featuring eight indicators. The indicator "Disturbed when passing through a narrow road," part of the latent variable "Condition of Road Equipment Facilities," had the highest standardized value at 1.223. Finally, this study suggested that the government should prioritize attention to road infrastructure conditions to enhance driver comfort and mitigate the risk of traffic accidents.</p> 2024-03-14T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Proceeding of the International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research for Sustainable Innovation https://proceeding.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/icmrsi/article/view/778 Characterization of Natural Zeolite Synthesized by Dealumination and Desilication Method 2024-03-12T04:50:21+00:00 Ambo Intang ambo.intang@gmail.com Prahady Susmanto ambo.intang@gmail.com Muhammad Djoni Bustan ambo.intang@gmail.com Sri Haryati ambo.intang@gmail.com <p>Delamination and desilication are two methods used in the hierarchical synthesis of zeolites. This process is important for industrial applications, particularly in synthesizing natural zeolites due to their abundance. For instance, Lampung, Indonesia, has abundant natural zeolites. The synthesis process of natural zeolite can be simplified using the solvent swelling mechanism. The swelling solvent mechanism combines the dealumination and desilication methods into one process, making it advantageous to use natural zeolites as raw materials for manufacturing hierarchical zeolites on an industrial scale. The sample used in this study was Natural Zeolite Lampung (NZL), and the resulting product was characterized as NZL Swelling. In this study, only two characterization analyses were selected to test the reliability of the dealumination and desilication methods simultaneously in one process, namely XRD and BET.</p> 2024-03-14T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Ambo Intang, Prahady Susmanto, Muhammad Djoni Bustan, Sri Haryati https://proceeding.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/icmrsi/article/view/779 Glass Ceiling Among Female Managers and Its Impact on Well-Being at Work 2024-03-12T05:21:07+00:00 Ngo Phuong Mai tnnhan@hcmiu.edu.vn Nguyen Thi Hau tnnhan@hcmiu.edu.vn Han Nu Ngoc Ton tnnhan@hcmiu.edu.vn <p>Despite governmental attempts in years to significantly encourage and support legislation aimed at gender diversities in the workplace, women have continued to be notably underrepresented in leadership roles. Women have typically held lower-level leadership positions than men, and there is little supporting evidence that women are appropriately executed in decision-making positions. Such a phenomenon is commonly called the 'glass ceiling', highlighting that achieving fair representation in management boards remains challenging for women. While the glass ceiling has become a popular research topic, only some theoretical models have tried to comprehend this social phenomenon and its implications for social change. Therefore, this study aims to provide a further understanding of the glass ceiling and its consequences. Drawing on the theory of conservation of resources, this study investigates sequencing relationships among glass ceiling, work-to-family conflict, and well-being at work. The mass survey was distributed among female managers at Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. There were 275 valid cases for descriptive and inferential analysis with partial least square structural equation modelling. It reveals three main findings, including significant sequencing relationships among glass ceiling, work-to-family conflict, and intention to quit with positive impacts; a significantly positive causal relationship between the glass ceiling and intention to quit; and work-to-family conflicts as a significant mediator intervening causal relationship between glass ceiling and intention to quit. This study may bring theoretical and practical implications on the glass ceiling among female managers at work.</p> 2024-03-14T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Ngo Phuong Mai, Nguyen Thi Hau, Han Nu Ngoc Ton https://proceeding.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/icmrsi/article/view/780 Model Kano and Servqual in QFD (Quality Function Deployment) Integration to Improve AHASS Customer Satisfaction 2024-03-12T05:39:27+00:00 Sholihah Azzahro' azzahrasholehah@gmail.com Bambang Syairuddin azzahrasholehah@gmail.com <p>The main actor of the service industry is service performance provided by the company to consumers. Service quality is a relevant concept to be applied and developed in the field of after-sales service in the automotive industry. This research integrates Servqual and Kano models into QFD. Servqual is used to determine the gap between consumer perceptions and expectations using 7 servqual dimensions. Kano's model for classifying consumer retention, QFD, and a link between consumer needs and the service design process requires a HoQ matrix consisting of six elements. Strengthen the determination of technical requirements elements; structured tools are used to find the problem root (gap), namely, the fishbone. The reason for integration is the goal of Servqual is to determine the gap so that the improvement process is only based on the gap value, while the Kano model method is only able to classify VoC based on 5 dimensions but is not yet able to assess performance attributes, so it is integrated into QFD because it can unite consumer desires with the company. This research was conducted at AHASS. The highest negative gap is the availability of brochures and information of -0.89, so the improvement step is to provide updated information boards and socialize brompit application. The HoQ matrix concludes that the technical response with the highest priority, 10.59%, is carrying out periodic performance evaluations. Highest goal of 4.97 is B04, B05, and B06. The highest improvement ratio was 1.22 (availability of brochures or information). The current problem with RMC is the non-achievement of the target, which causes the company's condition to be not optimal. Stable production cost projections on construction projects have been a problem and a serious concern, especially for project contractors. Often, there is a deviation between the projected initial costs and the actual ones at the construction site. Production predictions need to be made to determine the accuracy of these needs. This study aims to predict the needs of production and raw materials in an industry and can accommodate the calculation of estimated profits. Prediction of an industry's production and raw material needs can be used as a reference in calculating profit estimates. The ADALINE method is a neural system consisting of several nodes. A node requires several input processes to produce one output, which can be used as a predictive model. The results show that the actual and simulation data results using the ADALINE model have 100% conformity. This shows that the ADALINE model on the neural network can also function as one of the prediction model choices in addition to performing a prediction function. Prediction results using neural networks are one of the alternative solutions for utilizing prediction models other than other prediction models.</p> 2024-03-14T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 admin https://proceeding.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/icmrsi/article/view/784 Plastic Waste Management: Opportunities and Challenges in Implementing Circular Economy in Gorontalo 2024-03-12T07:31:47+00:00 Yanu Endar Prasetyo yanu005@brin.go.id Budi Setiawan yanu005@brin.go.id Rudy H Alam yanu005@brin.go.id Sari Seftiani yanu005@brin.go.id Tity Iriani Datau yanu005@brin.go.id Ivana Butolo yanu005@brin.go.id Sri Dewi Jayanti Biahimo yanu005@brin.go.id <p>Indonesia is known as the world's second-largest producer of plastic waste, and plastic pollution in the country is expected to continue increasing. The beverage industry in Indonesia is one of the fastest-growing sectors, contributing significantly to the rising volume of plastic waste, which has reached 490 thousand tons per year. Therefore, a comprehensive solution is needed to address this plastic waste crisis. One approach that can be taken by the Government and Local Governments throughout Indonesia is to promote a circular economy practice consisting of 5Rs: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Refurbish, and Renew. In a qualitative study conducted by the Population Research Center of BRIN and BPS in 2022, the issues of plastic waste in the Gorontalo Province and the policies undertaken by the government, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), businesses, and the community have been documented. This article will descriptively present the practices of plastic waste management in the Gorontalo Province, along with various obstacles and challenges. The research results indicate that a specific pattern of cooperation and collaboration between the Local Government, NGOs, and local businesses with extensive networks is necessary to drive a plastic waste-based circular economy in Gorontalo. Transforming the plastic waste disaster into an economically prosperous opportunity is not impossible with sufficient green literacy, political will, and genuine commitment from all parties involved.</p> 2024-03-14T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 admin https://proceeding.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/icmrsi/article/view/785 Mental Workload Affected Job Performance via Work Stress at Employees of Samarinda Probation Center 2024-03-12T08:13:26+00:00 Tamyis Ade Rama tamyis.ade.rama.2366290001@upi-yai.ac.id Tri Aji Kurniawan tamyis.ade.rama.2366290001@upi-yai.ac.id <p>Work execution can be affected by various mental disarrangements shown via work push caused by representatives encountering intemperate mental workloads. Universities are the highest education providers that are expected to produce quality resources. The master's study program is at level 8 of the KKNI (Indonesian National Qualifications Framework). As a conclusion to studies in the master's program, students must write a thesis. Some students experience obstacles in writing their thesis. One of them is that most master students study while working. These two conflicts of interest often lead to academic procrastination, especially in thesis writing. This research examines the role of academic resilience and grit as barriers to academic procrastination. In other words, this research aims to determine the role of the two predictors of academic procrastination. A total of 123 students at a university in Jakarta who were working and randomly selected were involved in this research. This research used three scales, namely the academic resilience scale, grit scale and procrastination scale. The results of data analysis found that the two predictors, namely academic resilience and grit, had a negative role or influence on academic procrastination with R2 of 0.357 and p&lt;0.05. In this study, there are 2 data collection techniques: Primary Data (Observation, Interviews were conducted with 3 sources, K3 Experts, and a Questionnaire was conducted related to risk assessment of the likelihood and severity values) and Secondary Data. This research's novelty lies in using tools during the girder lifting process because the girder length is 50.8 m, and the danger factors are different.</p> <p>The questionnaire data collected found that implementation of the girder installation work identified 52 hazards, with a large level of risk are 20 hazards (38.46%) and medium risk levels are 32 hazards (61.54%). Control efforts by means of engineering, administration and personal protective equipment (PPE) found a decrease in the level of high risk and the level of moderate risk is no longer found, and the level of small risk becomes as many as 52 hazards (100%). So, it can be concluded that the results of the risk level assessment have been better than before.</p> 2024-03-14T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 admin https://proceeding.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/icmrsi/article/view/797 Analysis of The Results of The Rhesus System Blood Group Phenotyping Examination in Routine Type O Blood Donors 2024-03-12T12:56:05+00:00 Ria Syafitri Evi Gantini ria_prihanto@yahoo.com Ni Ken Ritchie ria_prihanto@yahoo.com Pierlita Rini ria_prihanto@yahoo.com Aryani Aryani ria_prihanto@yahoo.com <p>The Rhesus (Rh) system is the second most important blood group system after ABO, has the highest immunogenicity and tends to produce alloantibodies that cause most transfusion reactions. In the Rh blood group system, there are more than 55 antigens, but the main ones are D, C, E, c, and e. Currently, only the D antigen is carried out without examining four other important Rh antigens. Still scarce, studies on the proportion of Rh antigens, except D, in Indonesia; in this study we have determined Rh antigens and phenotypes among a population of routine blood donors. The purpose of this study was to determine the phenotypic variation and frequency distribution of the main antigens of the Rhesus blood group system in routine blood type O blood donors at UDD PMI Depok City. This study was descriptive and observational with a cross-sectional design. Primary data are obtained from the Rhesus system antigen examination results on donor blood samples. The sample was 140 blood samples from 140 routine donors. A rhesus phenotyping examination was carried out using the gel method. The study was conducted on 140 routine donor blood samples at UDD PMI Depok City. The characteristics of the subjects were male (69.29%) and female (30.71%), with an average age of 38 years. Samples are analyzed for five major Rhesus antigens. Rhesus antigen test shows D antigen (100%), e antigen (97.14%), C antigen (95.71%), c antigen (36.43%) and E antigen (27.86%). Rhesus phenotype results were R1R1 (DCe/Dce) (62.86%), R1R2 (DCe/DcE) (22.86%), R1r (DCe/dce) (9.29%), R2R2 (DcE/DcE) (2.86%), R2r (DcE/dce) (1.43%), and R1RZ (DCe/DCE) (0.71%). In conclusion, the frequency of phenotypic changes in the Rh blood group system of regular blood donors at UDD PMI Depok City is classified as the most common types: DCe/DCe, DCe/DcE, DCe/dce, DcE/DcE, DcE/dce and DCe/DCE.</p> 2024-03-14T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 admin https://proceeding.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/icmrsi/article/view/798 Development of Tourism Village Applications for Competitive and Comparative Branding Case Studies in West Java and Banten Provinces with Qualitative Methods and Design Thinking 2024-03-12T13:44:17+00:00 Sularso Budilaksono sularso2007@gmail.com Rilla Sovitriana sularso2007@gmail.com Euis Puspita Dewi sularso2007@gmail.com Nurina Nurina sularso2007@gmail.com ST Trikariastoto sularso2007@gmail.com Woro Harkandi Kencana woro.harkandi@gmail.com Ahmad M Thantawi sularso2007@gmail.com <p>Tourism villages in Indonesia welcome many tourist students, students, teachers, and lecturers for comparative study activities, internships, and community service. Tourism villages in Banten province, Margaluyu village and Lebakmuncang village in Bandung Regency are the objects of this research. The three tourist villages are representations of those often visited by academics. Academics want to enjoy the beauty of natural resources in the village while enjoying educational services on agriculture, animal husbandry, plantations, local arts and culture. This study aims to develop a tourism village application so that it can be used as a branding promotion of competitive advantages and comparative potential in a village. The research method used is qualitative and design thinking. Qualitative methods for formulating competitive and comparative advantage variables. The design thinking method consists of 5 stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test. In general, this design thinking method consists of 2 groups of stages: the research stage and the group of stages of developing solutions. This research results in the formation of a prototype tourism village application that can be used by several users, namely prospective tourists, tourists, tourism village managers, guides, educational tour managers and MSME actors. To make learning more dynamic and interesting, it is suggested that a gamification methodology that combines game simulation with gamification is applied. In order to enhance mathematics instruction using an online learning platform. A thorough grasp of the difficulties associated with studying mathematics. To complement the learning objectives for mathematics, the gamification design includes selecting question types, constructing game situations, and producing visual components. This research creates a gamification paradigm using the Quizizz gaming application. The research focuses on the case of IKPIA Perbanas Jakarta for mathematics courses, which has the primary objective of optimizing mathematical learning through the concept of gamification. The researcher used the Dick and Carey development model, which has 10 phases from requirement identification to assessment, to create this learning model. The implementation of the Quizizz application and the gamification approach in an online learning environment occurs at the development stage. Technical configuration, application testing, and modifications based on preliminary feedback are all part of the implementation process. The success of the gamification technique in raising students' motivation and comprehension of the mathematics content was then assessed. Researchers used this helpful gamification to determine suitable designs for delivering learning content. Gamification for mathematics education is also very practical. In education, gamification by Quizizz as an application for gamification only supports but cannot replace the position of teachers and books. Mathematical learning devices with gamification are effective because they have met the classification very well at 79.17% and 20.83%, respectively, at an accuracy rate of 95.83%. Research has limited problems related to being carried out only in the IKPIA Perbanas Jakarta environment, which has students in semester one who have the characteristics of technology generation with the application of gamification that is integrated into the e-learning of Perbanas. In the context of dividend payments, these theories are still debatable. Dividend payments will please shareholders as prosperity increases. But not sharing profits can also give a positive signal. The purpose of this study is to see if dividend payment able to give a positive signal on rising stock prices. The research will also look at whether profitability, leverage, asset growth, and interest rates also signal rising stock prices. Logistic regression analysis is applied to answer the research objectives. Purposive sampling is based on retail companies that specialize in the category of supermarkets and minimarkets that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 to 2022. The results of this research conclude that dividend payments give a positive signal on rising stock prices. The chance of a stock price increase is 4.7 times compared to a company that does not pay dividends. Interest rates also inform investors to be careful in making investment decisions. Investors are only willing to bear additional risk if the expected profit is above the risk premium. Information on the company's financial performance such as profitability, leverage, and asset growth is not significant on the increase in stock price. This means that it does not provide signals for investors.</p> 2024-03-14T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Farida Farida, Nur Wahyuni, Venus F Firdaus, Mery Wanialisa, Rahayu Endang Suryani, Nursina Nursina https://proceeding.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/icmrsi/article/view/811 Independence of Preschool Children in Tenjolaya District Bogor Regency 2024-03-12T16:47:52+00:00 Tita Hasanah tita.hasanah@inais.ac.id Hana Lestari tita.hasanah@inais.ac.id Samsul Huda tita.hasanah@inais.ac.id Rusdiono Rusdiono tita.hasanah@inais.ac.id Lina Najwatur Rusdi tita.hasanah@inais.ac.id Habibah Habibah tita.hasanah@inais.ac.id <p>Independence in preschool children is the child's ability to regulate their thoughts and feelings so that they can do things themselves without help from others according to their stage of development. However, its recognition within religious organizations remains limited. Social entrepreneurship offers significant prospects for enhancing community well-being while tackling prevalent social challenges. Nevertheless, substantial hurdles emerge, particularly in engaging stakeholders who are pivotal in executing social entrepreneurship initiatives within religious organizations. This research was conducted within GMIM Lembean Kora-kora region, where a religious organization is situated in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. The organization has involved its congregation in implementing social entrepreneurship programs, primarily in agriculture and culinary ventures. The study identifies opportunities and challenges in social entrepreneurship within religious organizations. Additionally, it explores the implementation of social entrepreneurship in the context of congregational development, with a specific emphasis on the role of stakeholders in driving these initiatives. The findings demonstrate that religious organizations can harness social entrepreneurship's potential and surmount its challenges. This research introduces a model of social entrepreneurship better suited for religious organizations, particularly in their profound understanding of community opportunities and challenges.</p> 2024-03-14T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Waraney Alfonsus Matthew Punuh, Hani Sirine https://proceeding.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/icmrsi/article/view/814 Going Back to The Past: Critical Perspectives on Colonialism of Urban Kampung Sanitation in Jakarta 2024-03-12T17:07:52+00:00 Euis Puspita Dewi euis.pd75@gmail.com Siti Sujatini euis.pd75@gmail.com Sri Astuti Indriyati indriyati@upi-yai.ac.id Azkiya Nisa euis.pd75@gmail.com Fitri Suryani euis.pd75@gmail.com Dwi Dinariana euis.pd75@gmail.com Henni Henni euis.pd75@gmail.com <p>This article aims to conduct a critical introspection on the influence of colonial heritage on sanitation space and infrastructure in Jakarta's Kampungs, highlighting how the colonial past has shaped and continues to influence urban planning and living conditions in kampong areas. The aim of this research was to understand and explain about the utility of handwriting for the process of study and learning, on the other hand, handwriting was also a tool for self-expression, and in the future, it was necessary to preserve handwriting skills. Base on theory of symbolic interactionism by Blumer, that by giving meaning to symbols, human can express things with language, which in turn, symbols form the basis of communication. And further humans used their hands and fingers to produce and develop the communication symbols needed, whether in the form of pictures, paintings, or written letters. Through qualitative research by conducting observations and interviews with 25 students at three universities in Jakarta, and equipped with digital literature study, the research results found that For learning optimizations, it has been proven that the ability to write manually will really help children and students learn fluently, especially in improving memory and helping students focus more on learning. Also known that handwriting a tool for self-expression and creativity, where the writing process will form uniqueness and personal character. However, the facts show that management has long placed non-financial factors in a disproportionate manner compared to the treatment of financial factors. The aim of this research is to present a perspective through analysis of the interaction of a continuum of non-financial and financial variables in creating an economic value added for the company. The population is the largest national construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015 - 2019. Using the purposive sampling method, more than 50 percent of the companies became the research sample. Data analysis based on panel data and processed using Eviews, as well as classic statistical tests (t test and F test). The results provide a perspective regarding the influence of training &amp; development, and cost control on revenue, cost of goods sold, and profitability ultimately on EVA. In terms of the coefficient of determination, it suggests a solid impact from both training and development as well as cost control on the bottom line., R2 = 93 percent influence on Gross Profit, R2 = 82 percent on Net Profit, R2 = 91 percent on NOPAT, there is a significant influence of Gross Profit, Net Profit and NOPAT on EVA respectively with t test &lt; 0.05 and F statistic &gt; 1.96. From the interaction process of the continuum of research variables, with some luck, a combination of results obtained through measures and those based on performance indicators will emerge, starting from non-financial elements to financial elements. This finding is the result of an original approach in modeling the relationship between non-financial variables and financial variables. This research is limited to the construction companies and the research variables only select proxies for human capital elements that are linked to financial performance data.</p> 2024-03-14T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Dwi Sihono Raharjo, Marhalinda Marhalinda, Nana Trisnawati, Ruwaida Ruwaida, Rinaldi Rinaldi, Kuswanti Kuswanti https://proceeding.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/icmrsi/article/view/818 Redesign The Layout of Production Facilities at a Garment Company Using the BLOCPLAN Method to Optimize Material Handling 2024-03-12T21:24:26+00:00 Henni Henni henni@upi-yai.ac.id Diah Pramestari henni@upi-yai.ac.id Dwi Dinariana henni@upi-yai.ac.id Fitri Suryani henni@upi-yai.ac.id Siti Sujatini henni@upi-yai.ac.id Euis Puspita Dewi henni@upi-yai.ac.id Hari Nugraha Nurjaman henni@upi-yai.ac.id <p>Facility layout design is crucial in production layout setups. The composition of facilities that corresponds to the flow of materials between departments will help to ensure the production system's continuity. PT.&nbsp; KMC is a garment company in West Jakarta that manufactures shirts, dresses, and t-shirt bloats. The company's current layout facilities have not run optimally. This is because inefficient movement distances result in wasted material handling costs, and crossing production flows between departments cause production processes to be disturbed. The objective of this project is to rethink facility layouts using the BLOCPLAN approach in order to optimize material handling. The BLOCPLAN approach may examine layout performance and generate new layout ideas for efficient material handling. The discussion is limited because this research was only conducted on one company. Based on the results of the layout redesign using the BLOCPLAN approach, various improvements were obtained, including a 37.12% increase in material handling cost efficiency. The proposed layout with the BLOCPLAN method is able to provide a reduction in material transfer distance of 22.6 meters and a material handling cost of Rp 155,346 when compared to the initial layout, which had a total overall displacement distance of 35.8 meters and an initial layout material handling cost of Rp 247,059, making it much cheaper.</p> 2024-03-14T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Henni Henni, Diah Pramestari, Dwi Dinariana, Fitri Suryani, Siti Sujatini, Euis Puspita Dewi, Hari Nugraha Nurjaman https://proceeding.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/icmrsi/article/view/819 The Influence of Service Quality and Social Media on Blood Donation Interest in Indonesian Red Cross South Sulawesi Province 2024-03-12T21:31:08+00:00 Tetra Anestasia Putri tetraanestasia@gmail.com Ayu Suraduhita tetraanestasia@gmail.com Variena Intansari tetraanestasia@gmail.com Ismail Ismail tetraanestasia@gmail.com <p>The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) is the only organization that has the authority to provide blood transfusion services. A large amount of clay is used during clay brick production as a shrinkage effect of burning, while clay is a limited natural resource. Available non-plastic materials that can withstand combustion contraction are required to reduce the use of clay. Ash materials like fly ash and rice husk ash are non-plastic materials. The purposes of this research are to reduce clay usage, enlarge dimensions, and improve brick performance at the same time by adding coal fly ash (FA) and rice husk ash (RHA). This research is an experimental study of FA clay brick (FCB) and a combination of 50% FA and 50% RHA clay brick (FRCB). The ash was added to the mixture at weights of 10%, 20%, and 30% of clay. The factory-specified production method was used to create bricks. After the materials and water meltdown process to produce plastic material, bricks were molded, dried, and burned. Green and burnt brick measurements and weights were gathered. The Brick Indonesian Standard Code (SNI 15-2094-2000) was used while determining the bricks' compression strength and absorption. The mean values of the quantitative data were used after being analyzed through coefficient of variation values less than 10%. The result shows that the compressive strengths and absorption of 10% and 20% of the ash content of FCB meet the Indonesian code. Both brick volumes expand as the ash content increases. FRCB volume weight is 11%, 7.8%, and 8.1% lighter than FCB for 10%, 20%, and 30% ash content, respectively. Both brick varieties meet the ASTM code for nonload-bearing concrete masonry units. The use of FA and a mixture of FA and RHA enhances shrinkage, increases brick dimensions, and simultaneously lowers brick weight. Using lighter and larger bricks for the walls helps to recycle waste, reduce the mass of the building, and reduce the use of clay resources. Application 10% and 20% fly ash is recommended for increasing the size of clay bricks in Bengkulu Province, Indonesia.</p> 2024-03-14T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Elhusna, Abdullah, Sofyan Saleh, Muttaqin Hasan, Nelly Astriani, Bimo Prakoso https://proceeding.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/icmrsi/article/view/832 The Relationship of Drivers to Implementation of Sustainable Procurement in Aceh 2024-03-13T04:47:39+00:00 Rinal Maulana rinall.maulana@gmail.com Cut Zukhrina Oktaviani cut.zukhrina@usk.ac.id Alfa Taras Bulba alfatarasbulba@usk.ac.id <div><a name="_Hlk159591161"></a><em><span lang="EN-US">Indonesia has implemented sustainable procurement, which aligns with sustainability in development implementation. The Learning Management System (LMS) is one of the most popular e-learning platforms. The effect of using LMS in education is to strengthen students' self-regulated learning (SRL). SRL is an individual's awareness to actively participate in organizing, controlling, and managing their own learning process. There are three aspects, might enhance students' SRL in terms of SRL aspects such as metacognition, motivation, and behavior. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative research on SPADA LMS. 80 students who utilized the LMS for learning were observed and interviewed by the researcher. The motivation aspect is proven by the grades; indirectly, this will motivate students to study well and get the appropriate grades. LMS also provides learning progress monitoring, allowing students to monitor their learning progress. The behavior aspect of SRL is implemented in the LMS with a deadline feature that forces students to work on assignments according to a predetermined time. This will force students to practice discipline and manage their time well. The metacognition aspect has been applied in LMS through assignment, discussion, and quiz features that force students to be responsible when performing activities given by lecturers. The results concluded that LMS has a positive contribution to enhancing students' SRL. By using LMS, students can manage their own study time and study strategy. This research indicates that if we want to achieve SRL, all aspects of SRL must be well fulfilled. This study has implications for all academics, learners, and institutions that have adopted LMS, particularly the institutions under study. This decline in function may result in a worse quality of life for the elderly. To improve the quality of life for senior adults, social support and appropriate coping methods are necessary when confronting challenges. Investigating the level of life quality and the factors—social support and coping mechanisms, in particular—that affect the quality of life of Indonesia's older population is the aim of this study. This research employs a quantitative methodology. To determine the association between factors, correlational research, conducted in North Jakarta, Indonesia, included 136 participants at least 55 years old. Purposive sampling was used to choose the research sample. Three aspects were assessed: quality of life, social support, and coping mechanisms. To analyze the data, Pearson Product Moment was employed. Findings: More women than men made up the study's elderly responders, primarily between 55 and 69. The data analysis's findings indicate a connection between senior citizens' quality of life and social assistance. Furthermore, there is no connection between coping mechanisms and senior citizen's quality of life. The research's small sample size of 136 elderly respondents, comprising 100 women and 36 men, may limit its generalizability to the entire elderly population in North Jakarta, and its unequal gender distribution may impact its validity. In terms of function, a decrease in hemoglobin causes a reduction in the body's need for oxygen in sufficient quantities. PCLR (Packed Red Cell Leukoreduced) is a concentrated red blood cell product obtained through the process of reducing leukocytes, so PCLR transfusion is expected to increase Hb levels in anemia patients. This study aims to determine the relationship between PCLR administration and hemoglobin levels in anemia patients and to determine the increase in hemoglobin levels after PCLR transfusion at MMC Hospital Blood Bank (BDRS MMC) Jakarta. Quantitative (analytical) research methods. The sample in this study was 140 data from anemia patients who underwent PCLR transfusion (January-April 2022). Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate. The research was carried out at MMC Jakarta Hospital in July 2022. Research results: the majority of patients were elderly (56-&lt;65 years) 67 people (47.9%), the majority gender was female 82 people (58.6%); there was an increase in Hb levels after PCLR transfusion, namely 1.89 gr/dL with an average use of 2 bags; and there is a relationship between PCLR administration and hemoglobin levels in anemia patients at BDRS MMC Jakarta. Suggestion: to achieve an increase in hemoglobin in anemia patients, PCLR can be used as a blood component of choice for transfusion at the right dose.</p> 2024-03-13T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Diana Novita, Desi Ariyanti Supit, Dwi Annisa https://proceeding.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/icmrsi/article/view/847 The Relationship between the Level of Satisfaction of Blood Delivery Workers with Five Dimensions of Service Quality at UDD PMI Bekasi Regency in 2023 2024-03-25T10:35:58+00:00 Cita Reast Wulansari citareastwulansari83@gmail.com Aris Setyawan arissetya252@gmail.com <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>(1) Hospital Blood Bank (BDRS) is one of the health service facilities to meet the needs of blood transfusions of patients but does not rule out the possibility that blood stocks in BDRS are not available so they require assistance from the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Donor Unit (UDD PMI) in meeting the blood needs of patients. This marriage counselling program is carried out at the District Religious Affairs Office (KUA). KUA officers carry out persuasive communication to influence and change the beliefs, attitudes, and behavior of prospective brides and grooms. The marriage counselling program has been running well and smoothly. However, statistical data shows that the divorce rate in Regency is the highest in West Java. This research aims to determine the role of persuasive communication used by KUA officers in influencing the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of prospective brides and grooms. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. The research results show that KUA officers can carry out counselling effectively. They can set goals, are careful in conveying messages about the importance of maintaining the integrity of marriage, and can implement persuasive communication strategies. However, the efforts of KUA officers have not been optimal. This can be seen from the still high divorce rate in Regency. The limitation of this research is changes in a person's behavior to prevent divorce in the household. The original value of this research is the ability of KUA officers representing the government to deliver development programs through divorce prevention programs using persuasive communication.
